Ethics & Conformity
At Natasha d’Arenberg, respect for people, materials and craftsmanship guides our approach to jewellery.
Our Commitments
Integrity guides our choice of materials, our relationships with suppliers and the jewellery we create. We take a long-term approach to our work, with a commitment to responsible practices and clear communication.
Materials & Provenance
We source our diamonds and coloured gemstones from established partners who share our commitment to quality and ethical conduct.
Our sourcing approach is guided by the Responsible Jewellery Council’s Code of Practices. The majority of our suppliers are RJC-certified, meaning they have undergone an independent audit assessing their business practices against standards covering human rights, labour conditions, environmental responsibility and business ethics.
We require our diamond suppliers to provide assurances that they comply with the Kimberley Process requirements applicable to the trade in rough diamonds.
For diamonds purchased after 1 March 2024, we rely on written supplier assurances confirming that they were neither mined nor manufactured in the Russian Federation.
Respect for People
We are committed to respecting human rights in our activities and business relationships.
We reject child labour, forced labour, unsafe or degrading working conditions, discrimination, harassment and intimidation, and expect our business partners to uphold these principles. We take concerns brought to our attention seriously and seek to address them with care.
Diligence & Accountability
Our due diligence procedures guide how we assess suppliers, review sourcing relationships and address potential concerns. We regularly review our practices to identify where improvements are needed.
We are committed to complying with applicable sanctions and regulations and to preventing our activities from contributing to conflict financing or illicit activity. We reject corruption and money laundering in all forms and work with our financial partners to support appropriate safeguards.
