Presence & Commitments

Our maison operates with a long-term vision rooted in integrity, artistry and transparency. We work exclusively with partners whose values align with ours and who uphold the highest standards within the fine jewellery industry. We are committed to clear communication, responsible practices and continuous improvement at every stage of creation.

Responsible Practices & Oversight

Natasha d'Arenberg maintains structured due-diligence procedures to ensure ethical conduct and responsible sourcing across the entire supply chain. We monitor our partners and suppliers with care, ensuring their practices reflect our values and meet internationally recognised expectations.

Human Rights & Ethical Standards

Our activities are guided by leading global frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organisation's core conventions, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We strictly prohibit child labour, forced labour, unsafe or degrading working conditions, and any form of discrimination, harassment or intimidation. All concerns are treated seriously, confidentially and without fear of reprisal. We respect all applicable international sanctions and regulations and ensure that our operations never contribute to the financing of conflict or illicit activity. We apply a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and money-laundering and work closely with our financial partners to uphold these standards.

Responsible Supply of Gold, Diamonds & Gemstones

As a committed supporter of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and its Code of Practices, our maison integrates responsible sourcing principles into every creation. Our gold, diamonds and coloured gemstones are sourced from long-standing partners — many of whom are RJC-certified — who share our dedication to transparency, environmental responsibility and ethical conduct. We source only diamonds compliant with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, ensuring our stones do not originate from conflict-related activities. Based on written assurances from our suppliers, all diamonds purchased after 1 March 2024 were not mined or manufactured in the Russian Federation. To support circularity, we occasionally acquire gemstones or jewellery from private clients, extending the life cycle of existing materials.
