The Story

These earrings were commissioned as a wedding gift from the bride’s godfather and developed in close dialogue with the couple, alongside a pair of tuxedo studs created for the groom.

The design draws on a shared language, allowing the two pieces to relate to one another while remaining distinct. Florentine-finished 18k yellow gold defines the surface, set against Burmese ruby cabochons, establishing a direct link to the tuxedo studs created for the groom. Freshwater pearls complete the composition, introducing a softer, lighter element with a subtle connection to the occasion.

Entirely handcrafted in Belgium, the earrings form part of a wider set, linking the two pieces in a gesture that marks the occasion.
